The Therwil Flyers announced this week that first baseman Daniel Eichenberger, who is one of the best Swiss hitters in the Nationalliga A this season, will be sidelined for six weeks to a torn calf muscle. He suffered the injury during the Qualifier European Cup in Solingen, Germany at the beginning of June. He also will miss the trip by the Swiss National Team to the Finkstonball tournament in Attnang-Puchheim, Austria this weekend.
