Robert Eenhoorn announces roster for Haarlem Honkbal Week

National team manager Robert Eenhoorn announced his selection of players for the 24th Haarlem Honkbal Week, which will be held in the Pim Mulier Stadion from July 4 thru 13. Opponents for the Netherlands are Cuba, Japan, Taiwan, USA and Netherlands Antilles.

New players in the team are outfielder Wesley Connor (Amsterdam) and pitchers Pim Walsma (Amsterdam) and Nick Veltkamp (Kinheim). Below listed are all players with their present stats according to official reports on federation website KNBSB.nl after 27 regular season games in Hoofdklasse. For the starting pitchers ERA, for relievers number of saves and for the batters their averages and slugging.

1. Rob Cordemans (Sparta/Feijenoord) 0.35, 3. Leon Boyd (Neptunus) 1.28, 4. David Bergman (Kinheim) 1.56, 8. Nick Veltkamp (Kinheim) 2.08, 9. Diegomar Markwell (Neptunus) 2.21, 11.
