Despite the European Cup qualifier, the Extraliga in the Czech Republic continued this weekend. KRC ALTRON profited from the loss by TECHNIKA in OSTRAVA and moved into a tie for fourth place with two-game sweep against BLACK HILL. BLANSKO now has lost eight in a row. The TEGOLA TITANS took one of two in OLOMOUC and stay in the race for the last playoff spot two.
Besides a few make-up games, the Czech Extraliga does a break of more than a month due to several tournaments in the country.
