With two of the teams from Brno participating in European Cup tournaments the Czech Extraliga still moves on. The clubs, which are currently ranked second to fifth will face each other this weekend. The ARROWS OSTRAVA is hosting TECHNIKA BRNO and SKOKANI OLOMOUC defends their seven-game winning streak against the TEGOLA TITANS. With KRC ALTRON playing at home versus BLACK HILL BLANSKO the race for the playoff spot is going to heat up.
However after this game day, the league will make a break due to several tournaments in the Czech Republic. The regular schedule resumes on August 3. There will be a few makeup games nonetheless.
