Preview: FC Barcelona defends 1st Place in Tenerife in Division de Honor

After their sweep over defending champion CB Sant Boi leader FC Barcelona travels to the Canary Islands for a two-game set against the Tenerife Marlins Puerto Cruz. Jason Friedman, Ricardo Hernandez and Oscar Jimenez will be on the mound for Barcelona, Yoel Hernandez and Miguel Rizo are expected for the Marlins.

In the other matchups CB Sant Boi tries to end a four-game skid against CD Pamplona. The Astros Valencia want to solidify their spot in the top four in Sevilla. Halcones de Vigo hosts CB Viladecans. Baseball Navarra is at home, squaring off with San Inazio Bilbao. This doubleheader will be featured as the live-play-by-play game of the week at the RFEBS competition website.
