The Winterleague in Czech Republic, divided into three divisions, finished all division tournaments. Each division played at least two tournaments. Teams earned points for the standings at each division-tourney. Now two final tournaments are scheduled for the upcoming two weekends. A common final tournament for the South and North will start on Saturday in Trutnov and ten selected teams will fight for the 2011 Winterleague title. Next weekend six teams from the Moravia division will play in Hrotivice their final tournament as well. Each team brings points to final from two for them the most successful tournaments. In the final there is a different point system and the final standing of the  Winterleague will be made up by a accumulation of points from division tournaments (two best tourney results for each team) and points for standing in final tournament. The best four teams from each final tournament will receive an invitation to the coach ball tournament (coach’s pitching game) in Trebic May 21st. During this weekend the new baseball stadium in Trebic officially will be opened.

Results of all division tournaments of Winterleague 2011:

  • Trutnovsky tee ball (division North)
  • Halova Krc (division South)
  • Vanocni Blansko (division Moravia)
  • VC Prahy 12 (division South)
  • Hrotovice January (division Moravia)
  • Hrotovice February (division Moravia)
  • Lounsky Tycko (division South)
  • Kostlecky Lvicek (division North)
  • Zimni turnaj Trebic (division Moravia)
