2010 in Review – Czech Extraleague – Arrows Ostrava

Even though 2011 already started we still continue our series to look back at the 2010 season in European Baseball. After Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and France, the Czech Extraleague steps to the plate.

Arrows Ostrava

2010 Record: 8-20
2010 Ranking: 7th place in Czech Extraleague after regular season. In the relegation/promotion series against the Tempo Titans Prague the Arrows Ostrava won in five games to secure their spot in the premier division in Czech Baseball.

Runs Allowed: 223 (7th)

Best Batter: Przemyslaw Paluch. He batted .329 (OBP .447/SLG .376) with four doubles, 15 runs and 14 RBI in 27 games.
