Recaps: Rouen Huskies close out Regular Season with Shutouts

Rouen Huskies – Stade Toulousain 8-0, 10-0 (8)

The Rouen Huskies concluded the regular season in the regular season with two shutouts over Stade Toulousain. In game one Keino Perez (6 IP, 3 H, 3 SO) and Joris Bert (3 IP, 3 BB, 2 SO) combined to allow just three hits to lead Rouen to an 8-0 win. Aaron Hornostaj homered and drove in three. Mathieu Brau also collected three RBI. Thomas Dourlens was charged with his seventh loss of the season after issuing three hits, five runs and five bb in four innings.

In game two the Huskies won 10-0 in eight innings. Giovanni Ouin started and gave up just four hits and a walk in seven scoreless innings. Once again Joris Bert closed it out with a scoreless eighth. David Gauthier, Boris Marche and Keino Perez combined for seven hits and six RBI. Leonel Cespedes conceded four hits, four runs (1 ER) and four bb in three innings to take the loss.

Templiers Senart – Savigny Lions 3-15, 9-17

The Savigny Lions dispatched the Templiers Senart 15-3 and 17-9 in a twin bill on Sunday. Savigny finishes the regular season in first place, while Senart closes it out in fourth.
