Postseason in Belgian Baseball begins

The playoffs and the playdowns in the Belgian First Division will be kicked off this weekend. While the bottom three teams, Namur, Mortsel and Merchtem try to avoid relegation, the top four will play a round robin to determine the two teams, which will reach the Belgian Series. Defending champion Hoboken Pioneers has to take on the Brasschaat Braves on the first weekend. The Port of Antwerp Greys will face the promoted K. Deurne Spartans.
