Andy Fleischacker coaching at third base for the Alligators

The Solingen Alligators revealed on Monday that Andy Fleischacker will not return as head coach of the German Baseball-Bundesliga club in 2011. However he will stay with the team until the end of the season and will lead them during the upcoming playoffs and the European Cup Playoff in Rouen in September. Solingen had clinched first place in the northern division with a sweep against the Bonn Capitals on Sunday. The 40-year-old came to the club in January 2009. He also coached the Vienna Wanderers, the Cologne Cardinals and the Zurich Challengers in Europe during his coaching career.
