Lithuania and Belgium have won the Qualifiers for the next Junior European Championship this weekend. Lithuania won the tournament in Trnava, Slovakia after defeating the host Slovakia 2-1 in the best-of-three final series. Poland, Sweden and Hungary came in third to fifth in the final standings. Belgium overcame a 0-1 deficit in the final series against Bulgaria thanks to 14-3 and 15-7 wins on Sunday at the tournament in Attnang-Puchheim, Austria. The host finished in third place in front of Great Britain, Switzerland and Romania.
