The Technical Commission, headed by George Santiago (USA), sanctioned the awards to recognize the tournament’s outstanding players. Discussions took place to identify the tournament’s best players by position, not an easy task with many high quality players at each position this year.

Only the round-robin games were factored into the decision in the nomination process and subsequent realization of tournament awards. However, some awards were distributed to players based solely on statistical data, thus requiring only an in-depth analysis of the daily statistical reports distributed by IBAF Scoring Commissioner Anna-Maria Paini (ITA).

Here below is the list of The All-IBAF 2010 World Juniors Baseball Championship Team:

  • Starting Pitcher Omar Luis (CUB)
  • Relief Pitcher Yoo, Chang Sik (KOR)
  • C Ryan Battaglia (AUS)
  • 1B Guilermo Aviles (CUB)
  • 2B Hong Sheng Yang (TPE)
