Results French Elite League July 4

Posted on July 4, 2010 by philipp

A split between the Rouen Huskies and the Montpellier Barracudas on Sunday in the French Elite League lifted the resting Savigny Lions into first place in the standings. Montpellier edged out a 3-2 win in game one, before the reigning champion countered to take the second. In the other two active ballparks in week twelve the road team celebrated a sweep. Stade Toulousain took two from the Montigny Cougars, but couldn’t make up ground, as the Templiers Senart won twice in Paris. The French Elite League will be on break for the next couple of weeks, mainly due to the European Championship in Germany.
