The Port of Antwerp Greys reduced the deficit in the Belgian First Division standings to 1.5 games thanks to a sweep over the Mortsel Stars and the split by the Hoboken Pioneers against the Namur Angels. After the Brasschaat Braves beat the K. Deurne Spartans on Saturday, the Sunday match had to be stopped in the fourth inning after the home plate umpire collapsed and had to be brought to the hospital.
