Savigny solidified second place in the French Elite League one week before their showdown with the Rouen Huskies, as they swept the two-game set against Paris. In game one the Lions used a seven-run eighth to blow things wide open in a 14-4 rout. Romain Martinez and Vincent Ferreira each collected three hits, scored twice and drove in two. Sebastien Boyer picked up two RBI. Pierrick Lemestre (W 3-0) got the win after seven solid innings, allowing seven hits, four runs (2 ER) and three bb. Mike Lynn (L 0-1) issued six hits, four runs (2 ER) and a walk in five innings to take the loss.

The Lions nearly blew a 12-4 lead in game two, as PUC scored three runs in each of the last two frames against their former player Tim Stewart, losing 10-12. Pierrick Lemestre drove in three, while Christophe Goniot and Vincent Ferreira got two RBI for Savigny. Benjamin Deruelle went 4-for-6 with two runs scored and two RBI for PUC. Kyle Nash (W 2-0) got the win after pitching four solid innings in relief of Eloi Secleppe, who had pitched the first two frames. Frederic Mouchet (L 0-1), also in relief, took the loss.

The Templiers Senart got back to the .500 mark in the French Elite League after defeating Stade Toulousain twice on Sunday. In game one Samuel Meurant (W 3-2) issued just one unearned run on six hits and two walks going the distance. He struck out nine for his third win of the season. Ernesto Martinez and Cesar Quintero combined to reach base in eight of their nine plate appearances and combined to drive in four of the five runs. Leonel Cespedes (L 1-3) gave up six hits, two runs and four bb in five innings.

Senart scored six runs in the first two innings of game two en route to an 8-2 win. Cesar Quintero tripled, scored twice and drove in three. Quentin Laniepce went 3-for-3 with two RBI. Mathieu Brelle-Andrade (W 2-2) struck out seven in seven solid innings, conceding two unearned runs on seven hits and a walk. Thomas Dourlens (L 0-3) lasted just 1 2/3 innings on the mound after surrendering four hits, six runs and four bb. He also hit three batters.
