In the southern division the teams, which are currently in the top four spots will meet. The Buchbinder Legionaere will take their perfect 12-0 record to the Haar Disciples, while the Mannheim Tornados and the Heidenheim Heidekoepfe face each other in a rematch of last year’s finals. The Mainz Athletics and the Gauting Indians hope to profit and close the gap with sweeps at home against the Saarlouis Hornets, respective Neuenburg Atomics.
