Updated Poll: Which Team in Europe stays undefeated the longest?

Posted on May 10, 2010May 10, 2010 by philipp

Last Thursday we published a poll about the remaining undefeated teams in Europe’s Baseball Leagues. After the weekend action it is time for an update. Four of the eight teams suffered their first loss of the season.

DOOR Neptunus was beaten by L&D Amsterdam in the Dutch Hoofdklasse last Thursday. The Rouen Huskies dropped game one of their doubleheader in Montpellier in the French Elite League on Sunday. The Metrostars ended the winning streak of the SUPERFUND Wanderers in the Austrian Baseball League. And the Mildenhall Bulldogs couldn’t improve their 4-0 record, as they lost twice against the Bracknell Blazers in the British National Baseball League.

We have updated the poll below the news section and added the Swedish Elitserien club Karlskoga Bats. The other four teams with a perfect record are the Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg (GER), AVG Draci Brno (CZE), the Therwil Flyers (SUI) and the Hoboken Pioneers (BEL). Which team will stay undefeated?
