The Bern Cardinals started with four losses into the season in the Swiss Nationalliga A, but got into the win column with a sweep against the Zurich Challengers two weeks ago. Now the second club from Zurich, the Barracudas stand in the way for the .500 mark. But they are not a pushover since they are comfortable in third of the standings with a 4-2 record.
The undefeated Therwil Flyers meanwhile, take on the Lucerne Eagles on the road. The second-ranked Embrach Mustangs are at home, facing the Sissach Frogs. Last but not least, the Lausanne Indians hope for their first win of the season at against the Challengers.
