CB Viladecans of the Spanish Honor Division has signed outfielder Jehan MACHADO. He is from Venezuela and played the last eight years for CB Sant Boi. He batted .259 (OBP .350/SLG .269) with 16 runs scored and 13 RBI in 2007. He began his career in the Venezuelan Summer League as a pitcher, but had only one appearance last season.
MACHADO will see his former teammates right on the first game day, as Viladecans opens 2008 against Sant Boi on March 30th.
