Posted on April 2, 2010 by philipp

The 2010 edition of the annual MLB Academies Tournament at the Armin Wolf Arena in Regensburg, Germany ended on Thursday. Joris Navarro from France, who struck out 13 batters in just six innings, while walking two, was named best pitcher. Rodney Daal from the Netherlands got the trophy for the best batter. Led by Navarro and Maxime Lefevre, who also added an inside-the-park homerun to his home steal, especially the French team made a great impression. They not only defeated Italy twice, but also won against the Netherlands.
