Nine Spanish Prospects invited to Training Camp at Tenerife

The Spanish Baseball and Softball Federation (RFEBS) has released a list of nine Spanish prospects, which will take part in a ten-day training camp from April 1st to 9th at Tenerife. Also on hand will be three members of the Atlanta Braves organization, which have started a Baseball academy on the Canary Island last year. International Director of Scouting Johnny Almaraz, Special Assistant to the General Manager and Head of Player Development Jose Martinez and Pitching Coach Mike Alvarez will evaluate the nine invitees. They also will get another look at Alejandro Sanchez, who got signed by the organization last fall.
