Teams announced for 13th Finkstonball in Attnang-Puchheim, Austria

The organizers of the International Baseball Tournament “Finkstonball” in Attnang-Puchheim, Austria announced this week the twelve-team lineup for the 13th edition. It will take place from May 21st to May 24th.

With the reigning champions from Switzerland (Therwil Flyers 2009) and Portugal (White Sharks 2008) two teams will make their debut. Additionally host MOSQUITO Athletics, defending champion Bad Homburg Hornets, Romanian champion Dinamo Bucharest and Slovenian champion Kranjski Lisjaki also will be on hand.

Overall ten European countries will be represented. Seven of the twelve teams have participated in a European Cup event in the past three years.
