About one month before starting into the new season the Spanish Division de Honor club CB Sant Boi brings in another player. Juan Manuel Salazar leaves the FC Barcelona to join his brother Jose Luis Salazar at the European Cup representative. Juan Manuel Salazar batted .346 (OBP .430/SLG .476) with one triple, seven doubles, 21 runs scored and 16 RBI in 30 games last season. Jose Luis Salazar came from the Tenerife Marlins Puerto Cruz together with Daniel Sanchez, Daniel Martinez and Renny Duarte. Other new faces are Gaspard Fessy and manager Francesco Despaigne.
