Draw for European Cup Qualifiers

We reported about the draw for the European and CEB Cup tournaments several weeks ago. Today we take a look at the qualifiers. Six teams will compete at each of the four locations all over Europe. They are scheduled for June 16 to June 21. A single round robin is going to be played. The best two clubs advance to the final best-of-three series (first game from round robin). Brno (Czechia), Brest (Belarus), Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria) and Kutno (Poland) host the events.

    Pardon my ignorance, but if the schedules are already out for the European Cup how will these qualifiers fit in?

    The winners will qualify for next year’s cup events. And if the teams are not good enough in their national championships, another club from their country will get the spot.
