The Italian Winter League continued last weekend with just one stop. The Trofeo Cariparo kicked off their short schedule of three game days. Ponzano Veneto clinched first place in group one with four victories. Cervignano Udine had one win, one loss and one tie in three matches to secure second. Both will be in the second round in Rovigo on March 2nd. The winner will advance to the Italian Winter League Finals in Bologna later in March.
The Trofeo Cariparo in addition to events in Grosseto, Firenze, Bologna, Sanremo and Verona continue next weekend.
