CEB announces Sites for European Cup Qualifiers

Posted on December 16, 2009December 16, 2009 by philipp

Yesterday the Solingen Alligators (Germany) already announced that they will host a European Cup Qualifier next June. Today the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) also released the sites for the other three tournaments. The Port of Antwerp Greys, Belgium, Brest Zubrs, Belarus and Olimpija Karlovac, Croatia will organize a Qualifier too.

All four events will be played from June 14th to 19th, 2010. The six-team pools will be formed in early January after the subscription period closes on December 31st. The winners of each Qualifier are going to play a playoff tournament, probably in September, to get a chance to qualify for the 2011 European Cup.
