After the German Softball Final Four and games three and four of the Baseball-Bundesliga finals last week, a youth tournament took place at the Roberto Clemente Field in Mannheim this weekend. Eight teams from Germany, France, the Netherlands and Italy fought for runs. In the end the Amsterdam Pirates won the Metroball 2008 trophy with a 3-0 shutout against host Mannheim Tornados.
