Wrapping up Week Eight of Italian Baseball League
DANESI NETTUNO and MONTEPASCHI GROSSETO each swept their series versus the bottom-ranked teams DE ANGELIS GODO and RANGERS REDIPUGLIA last weekend. They solidified second and third in the standings, as T&A SAN MARINO and CARIPARMA both lost two of three against FORTITUDO BOLOGNA and TELEMARKET RIMINI. The latter is now just one game behind SAN MARINO and PARMA, which are tied for fourth in the standings.
