The Wesseling Vermins have won the German Softball-Bundesliga Championship 2015. It’s their fourth consecutive league title and their fifth in team history. The team of head coach Udo Dehmel and finals MVP Katharina Szalay defeated the Neunkirchen Nightmares 10-3 in the decisive fifth match of the best-of-five finals on Sunday. Wesseling had won games one and three of the finals, while Neunkirchen was able to tie it in games two and four thanks to the strong pitching by Michele Daubman.
