Ukraine wins Qualifier for Cadets European Championship
The UKRAINE clinched the number one spot in the final standings of the Qualifier of the Cadets European Championship in Antalya, Turkey. They won the final series 2-0 against GREAT BRITAIN thanks to a 6-0 shutout on Saturday. They had the 1-0 advantage in the best-of-three set due to their lopsided 16-7 victory in the preliminary round on Friday. They finished the tournament with a perfect 5-0 record in front of the British team.
