UGF Bologna adds Mark Langone, talks to 3 Players

UGF Fortitudo Bologna is adding reliever Mark Langone of the Federal A club Eurodifarm Codogno to replace Alessandro Ularetti in the bullpen of the Italian Baseball League club. Langone had a 4-1 record with six saves and an ERA of 1.86 in 26 appearances for Codogno this year. He struck out 47 batters in 53 1/3 innings, while walking just four. Ularetti had an ERA of 8.86 in 13 games with 17 punch outs and 19 walks through 21 1/3 innings in the IBL. Bologna also is talking to three other players about joining the team. High on the list are prospects Lucas Montalbetti and Marco Sabbatani of the North East Kings and veteran Gabriele Ermini of Montepaschi Grosseto.
