According to a report on the Rouen Huskies website, the French Elite League club Templiers Senart has added the Canadians Kevin Atkinson and Devon Franklin to the 2011 roster, which are coming after recommendations by French National Team coach Jeff Zeilstra. Atkinson is a 23-year-old corner infielder, who attended the University of New Mexico in the Mountain West Conference until 2009. Franklin is a utility man and pitcher, who played in the independent Arizona Winter League in 2008.
