Bulgarian Baseball Federation with the support of the European social fund and the Bulgarian Ministry of education and science successfully completed a one-year project :”Let’s make the school attractive to the young people”
In the last year around 1000 kids from different schools around the country had the chance to try baseball (and tee-ball) for a first time and many of them to practice it regularly in their schools and on the closest baseball fields. In the end of the school year after a series of tournaments, the final competition (in two different age groups) with the participation of eight schools was held on the two baseball fields in Sofia. OU”Neofit Rilski” from Dupnitza won the titles.
