Stockholm stops Losing Streak in Elitserien
STOCKHOLM made up two games this week and stopped their losing streak in the Swedish Elitserien. They had dropped four games against LEKSAND this past weekend and fell to third place in the standings. But with the two victories they moved into a tie for second place with a 16-8 record.
On Wednesday they completed the win against SUNDBYBERG, as this match was called due to bad light a few weeks ago with STOCKHOLM leading 5-2. On Thursday they crushed ALBY 12-0 in five innings.
On Sunday they are again the favorite, when they travel to GEFLE on a regular game day. More interesting should be the matchups between playoff candidates KARLSKOGA and LEKSAND and RÄTTVIK and TRANAS.
