After considerable delays due to poor weather and other factors, the regional competitions in the cities of Patras and Thessaloniki were completed. The team of Ainos was triumphant in the difficult Patras division while the team of Aris was victorious in Thessaloniki. Thus, the four teams that competed in the Greek Championship Final Four tournament were:

1. Ainos of Kefallonia
2. Aris of Thessaloniki
3. Evriali of Glyfada
4. Spartakos of Glyfada

In the “Final Four” each team played one game against each of the other teams and the results of those games were as follows:

Game #1: Ainos - Evriali 12-1
Game #2: Spartakos - Evriali 19-0
Game #3: Ainos - Aris 11-9
Game #4: Aris - Evriali 19-15
Game #5: Spartakos - Ainos 7-5
Game #6: Spartakos - Aris 4-0

Spartakos, after winning all three of its “Final Four” games, was crowned Champions of Greece. This is the fourth year in a row that Spartakos has won the Greek Baseball Championship. The final standings for the Greek Championship were:
