On Friday the Czech Baseball Association sent a schedule proposal for Pool A of the Baseball World Cup to the IBAF for final approval. Four of the six games will be scheduled to Prague (Roller Park – home field of Eagles Praha) and two games to Ostrava (Poruba – home field of Arrows Ostrava). According the proposed schedule, group A will start with two games on Wednesday evening – at 6pm CET in Prague Chinese Taipei will play against Mexico and from 6:30pm CET in Ostrava the Czech Republic hosts Australia. Group A will finish on Saturday afternoon with a game between the Czech Republic and Chinese Taipei.
The Czech Baseball Association will stop all games in the country during the Baseball World Cup to give the opportunity to all baseball fans to attend the tournament.
We will inform you when the schedule will be official approved by the IBAF.
