The Therwil Flyers extended their lead in the Swiss Nationalliga A to four games this weekend. They won both games against the Lucerne Eagles on Sunday and took full advantage of two losses by the Embrach Mustangs against the Zurich Challengers a day earlier. With the sweep the Challengers solidified third place and reduced the gap towards the Mustangs in front of them to two games. The Bern Cardinals and the Zurich Barracudas also celebrated two wins each and continue their battle for fourth place in the standings.
