After washing out the opening weekend, the National League A started a week later. The BARRACUDAS got two easy wins against the promoted club from WIL and took the lead in the standings.
In a duel between two 2007 playoff participants, the CHALLENGERS and EAGLES each won a game. The INDIANS and the FROGS also settled for a split. The CARDINALS and FLYERS had a bye.
