Results German Baseball-Bundesliga May 1

Only three doubleheaders were played in the German Baseball-Bundesliga this weekend, all on Sunday. In the north the Bonn Capitals moved past the Pulheim Gophers with a sweep. In the south the Mainz Athletics won a pair of pitcher’s duel against the Heidenheim Heidekoepfe. Additionally the Gauting Indians got their first win of the 2011 season with a split against the Bad Homburg Hornets.
