The top three teams in French Elite League each won both of their games on the weekend. SAVIGNY overcame a 0-2 deficit in the ninth to win game one on the road against CLERMONT-FERRAND 4-2 and followed this up with a 5-2 victory in the second match. SENART extended their winning streak to 14 games with expected wins against PARIS UC. The HUSKIES received great performances by their pitchers to beat LA GUERCHE. MONTPELLIER and TOULOUSE, which are locked in a duel for the fourth and last spot in the playoffs, could not play due to a rain-out.
