The Dutch Hoofdklasse continued on Thursday with the first games of a new set of three-game series. The road teams dominated the game day, as not one of the hosts celebrated a win. Mr. Cocker HCAW and Corendon Kinheim cruised to lopsided victories in The Hague and Rotterdam. DOOR Neptunus and L&D Amsterdam used strong defensive efforts to prevail in their contests in Hoofddorp and Utrecht.
