The two leaders in the Austrian Baseball League settled for a split on Saturday in Attnang-Puchheim. In game one the SUPERFUND WANDERERS celebrated an easy 9-0 victory. In the second match the MOSQUITO ATHLETICS prevailed 7-2. In the battle for fourth the BLUE BATS were stunned by an 8-24 loss against eighth-ranked DORNBIRN, but got back on track in the second match with an 11-10 win. They also profited from two loses by the UNION KUFSTEIN VIKINGS.
