The 29-year-old Venezuelan Rayner Oliveros is coming from the Capitales de Quebec to France. He also played affiliated minor league ball with the Kansas City Royals and Tampa Bay Rays. He even reached Triple-A in 2009. He will be joined by NCAA Division II athlete Jordan Liester. The American is currently playing in Australia. He is supposed to improve the offense of Chartres. Maxime Nutte is coming from the Savigny Lions to the Cubs. Additionally it was announced that Joshua Wyant will be the head coach, a new role in his second year in France.
