On Thursday a new set of three-game series will start in the Dutch Hoofdklasse. The promoted UVV is currently fulfilling expectations and is sitting comfortable tied for third place in the standings with a 6-3 record. The Vaessen Pioniers, which usually occupied a spot in the top four, is looking from the outside in. This week these both teams will face each other and the club from Utrecht has a chance to separate themselves from the bottom four.
