On Friday July 4th the 24th Haarlemse Honkbalweek opens their gates with a matchup between the Cuban Olympic Team and a Dutch Caribbean Team. Overall six countries will compete thru July 13th in the Pim Mulier Stadium in Haarlem, Netherlands. Besides the mentioned squads, host Netherlands, Japan, USA and Taiwan are the other four participants. It’s one of the last important tests for five of the six teams in front of the Olympics in Beijing in August.
