The North has won the Dutch Hoofdklasse All-Star Game on Sunday. They defeated the selection from the South in a rainy Utrecht by a score of 8-5. Bryan Engelhardt, who had won the homerun derby, which preceded the match, hit two long balls and drove in five to lead his team to the victory. Dirk van’t Klooster went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBI. Roeland Henrique scored three times. Eddie Aucoin picked up the win. Jose Ventura got charged with the loss.
