The ATTNANG-PUCHHEIM MOSQUITO ATHLETICS of the Austrian Baseball League have signed a new head coach. The American Mike Schulz takes over for the upcoming season. He is 57 years old and was born in Wisconsin. He was a minor leaguer for the MILWAUKEE BREWERS and worked as a scout for the KANSAS CITY ROYALS.
Schulz began his coaching career at the high school level 35 years ago and worked since on all levels. He moved to California and joined “Mark Cresse’s School of Baseball” as a hitting and infield instructor. A few years ago he opened his own baseball academy, specialized for kids and juniors. With his experience he certainly will help the development of the ATHLETICS on all teams.
