21-year-old catcher Marco Sabbatani is leaving the De Angelis Godo Knights to join UGF Fortitudo Bologna. The agreement is already in place according to a report by Baseball.it with an official announcement expected in the next couple of days. He will split time behind the plate with Juan Pablo Angrisano. In 2010 he batted .182 (OBP .220/SLG .256) with five extra base hits, eleven runs and ten RBI for the Knights. He threw out nine of 36 base runners.
