Korea crushes Cuba 15-3

In one of the last warm up games before the Olympic Games in Beijing, South Korea defeated Cuba 15-3. The Asian powerhouse started the pounding with a bases clearing double by Dong-Joo Kim and took an early 9-0 lead in the fifth. Gun-Woo Jung had two hits, including a homerun and a double. Starter Jung-Gun Bong struck out seven in four innings. Cuba sent Adiel Palma to the mound, who could not stop the Korean offense. More about the game on East Windup Chronicle.
