According to Bafinfos.com outfielder Jérôme Rousseau is leaving the French Elite League club Savigny Lions. to play for the German second-division team Hamburg Knights this year. Playing in only twelve games (eleven starts) during the regular season last year, Rousseau batted .239 (OBP .280/SLG .261) with eleven runs and four RBI. During the championship series against the Rouen Huskies he started in three of the four games in right field, going 3-for-9 with a walk, a double and a run scored.
